A Social Visa is intended for those who want to visit friends or family in Indonesia. You need to be sponsored by an Indonesian person.
Upon arrival in Indonesia on a Social Visa you are granted a permission to stay for 60 days. This visa can be extended monthly up to a maximum stay of 6 months.
